It depends what you want graphed.
Basic detection with icon and versions is pretty simple. Adding support for tipping point-specific MIBs is much more involved and usually requires either significant demand or sponsorship.

I've got a paid SVN version but the observium connected to the tipping points is still running the latest CE
I'm not sure if the cacti module can be used as a cheat sheet for observium support ?
