[Observium] bug in renamehost.php

Hi,

When renamehost.php is used to rename a host to an already existing name a strange situation is created.

The patch http://www.xs4all.nl/~puther/observium-renamhost.diff is an attempt to fix this. Might be better to include these checks in the renamehost function though.
