[Observium] Alert checker for device down

Hi,

Is there a way for using the new alerting system to send an e-mail when a device goes down?

I see in the wiki that there is a "device_status" metric, but I can't figure out how to use it. There is no "Device" entity type when I try to make a new alert checker.

Is this feature still in development?
