Yes it is a USB ups.
I just found it a bit odd that the MIB file was in the source file, but i guessing it is missing at least a file from *includes/discovery.
I will probly try reverse engineer one of the other Synology files or a UPS file, in *includes/discovery.
And i have read the FAQ, but it seams to reference a files in a includes/definitions/ That i can not find like apps.inc.php, mibs.inc.php,

Do you have a USB UPS connected to the Synology? I assume it is, as if it's a network-connected UPS you can probably just monitor it directly...
