The javascript libraries which handle the popups are almost all seemingly incompatible with loading content dynamically.

This isn't just an issue here, all popups are broken when inside widgets. I tried quite a few things to fix it, but the way the popup libraries work doesn't make it a simple issue to solve.

In the global settings the mouseover popups is enabled.
