[Observium] Need to upgrade from Ubuntu 12 to 14

Hello All,

Our Corp Linux images keep us from using the Canonical way to upgrade, which means I need to reimage my server with Ubuntu 14.

My question is what is the process in backing up and restoring all the Observium pieces?
