Yeah, this has probably resulted in a broken python installation. The python guys are pro-tier experts in breaking things.
It might be fixable by finding the Ubuntu 20.04 package list in our install guide and making sure they’re all installed, or you might have to manually remove old python packages.

I had a similar issue -- In our case I think it was graphs not updating, but devices still reporting as up.
We ended up just running the poller (that's usually run via cron) by hand and looking at the output. I believe there were a couple of missing dependencies that we needed to install relating to python and mysql. But, it's been several months so my recollection is a bit fuzzy.

I updated my Ubuntu from 18.04 to 20.04 and my Observium wont update devices events anymore. Services are up, but where I should search problem?
