There is no "ngnix" app in your agent output; numbers under <<<local>>> mean nothing to Observium.

What script did you install? scripts/agent-local/nginx has a print "<<<nginx>>>\n";
(possibly scripts/nginx-stats? This was removed from the repository on 22/4)
