[Observium] RANCiD version labels

Just finished adding RANCiD configs to observium and it's quite slick. Thanks for doing that.

When displaying config versions, observium uses the git'ish 7-char truncations of the full hash to label those versions. While the time stamps are viewable when hovering the mouse over those links, most of my network team are non-coders and are put off by hex strings (never heard of git).

Is there a knob I can tweak in config.php to just change those labels to the time stamp instead?
