[Observium] Could not reach r4 with given SNMP parameters using v3

      Hello Community,
I am using observium for the first time
i am adding a device on the observium server via SNMPv3 and i am getting
below error message.
1. No reply on credentials U1/authNoPriv using v3.
2. Could not reach r4 with given SNMP parameters using v3.
