I've made exactly that on the link of the wiki but although the command line work fine (see bottom) in the graph i'm not be able to see the description of interface
the remote host is an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
the observium is update to current release 0.14.9.5846

UI as it encourages bad operational habits.

Linux hosts don't have the ability to set port descriptions, so you have
to rely on a script to inject the descriptions into SNMP.
