[Observium] DB Too many connections

Hi

We perform an update to our DB to mariadb 10.11, but now it show this message DB not connected, please check database connection configuration.DB Error 1040: Too many connections.

By defaults, Mariadb support only 100 connections,

How much connections we must enabled (recommended)?

pd: we changed to 500 connections but the message shows again
