 please make discovery debug for an device:
./discovery.php -d -h <device>

but most likely the problem will be solved with this (reset mib indexes):

    today I upgraded Observium to the latest stable version 20.8.10645. After the upgrade system deleted sensors PSUs, CPUs and FANs on ALL Nexus switches. Please note there was no change on devices nor network, I just performed svn update on Observium.
