Yup, we recently moved static-config to definitions. That file should never be edited by a normal user, but you almost always have to edit it when adding new features or OSes.

Though, by editing the file you've now lost the ability to easily update! To regain that you need to provide the changes to us so we can roll them into the tree, and you'll get them from us in the SVN.
