[Observium] Location to request to add a MIB?

I understand fully that MIB addition are on a best effort basis, especially for the obscure ones that might only matter to one person out of Observium’s entire install base :)

So, where would I submit such a request for a MIB to be added? Here or JIRA? Elsewhere?
