hehe.. it issue from your snmpengine (Net-SNMP).
Your snmp agent reports this values for uptime: sysUpTime.0 = 58:9:54:31.43 equals: 58 days, 9h 54m 31.43s
hrSystemUptime.0 = 2:8:03:28.89 equals: 2 days, 8h 3m 28.89s
snmpEngineTime.0 = 7292573 equals: 84 days, 9h 42m 53s
I think you need to update net-snmp. Or use unix agent (then uptime will be taken from uptime cmd).
