Nikolay - Thank you for your help thus far. It is much appreciated.
I have looked for the .rrd file for the port(s) in question, and I am unable to find them in /opt/observium/rrd/devicename/
What am I missing? This seems like it should be very easy, but its just not falling in my favour right now :(

Just delete current one, observium will re-create new one.

Check if rrd files aren't corrupted, otherwise no way you can restore that
