Well I don't know if this will work (I mean the Please-please-please thing ;-) but to give my two cents, Asterisk is the de-facto standard software PBX solution which is used by lots of companies.

I’m not sure if we actually have any collection for that. How reliable/stable is it?

 

I seem to recall we have an asterisk agent app that uses the CLI tools to collect data?

 

You can use the custom oid stuff, but it’s a pain/impossible if there are indexed tables.

 

How widespread is asterisk use amongst the userbase these days?
