Guys i really need some help with this device down problem!! it is escalating!

got one more today.. different device
This mail shows the alert email along with a ping from the observium server to the device showing its clearly not down...
I have marked out some of the name of the server.

This is the screenshot..
It clearly shows the server down... and i can access it just find and my client sees it just fine

over the last few days i have starting seen alert mails with device down.. but its not down.. and there is no recover..anyone got a suggestion why that could be?I mean it could be a short connection problem but than i would assume to see recover mail aswell?
