[Observium] Bug in alert email for BGP AFI/SAFI?

Hello,

I have tried the BGP AFI/SAFI alert and seems to have a bug in email/alert/entity when alert/recovery was sent. The alert name in subject and alert/entity in tab seems to be missing. Also, the device line seems in double (in all of my alerts).
