sysLocations are done via SNMP. If you do not have access to your host to change the sysLocation or sysContact you can do that in Observium.
From the Menu, Click Devices > All Devices > Pick Something > Click the Gear and you can add it here. You must POLL for it to show.
sysLocations are done via Google Maps. So, if you can Google Maps the address, then it will work. 99% of the time my issue is ZIP CODE related.

Is there some kind of convention as to how to set the sysLocation snmpd parameters? I am currently having some trouble finding the right naming for OVH BHS.
