You forgot to include the actual error output with this.

Please try add_device.php with the -d option (for debug output) and let us know what it says. Possibly the device does not support one of the OIDs we require to recognize SNMP is working.

Hello everyone,

I am unable to add one of UPS to my observium. I have tried via using ./add_device.php command as well as using the web interface. However when i do snmp walk "snmpwalk -v 1 -c public ups1.iitb.ac.in"

I get the following output

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "SNMP Agent monitoring DAPC"

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 = OID: iso.3.6.1.4.1.5763

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 = NULL

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.4.0 = STRING: "neelima.patil@dbups.co.in"

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 = STRING: "UPS.MIB"

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.6.0 = STRING: "Near Your Desk"

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.7.0 = INTEGER: 7

But the same does not work while adding the device using the web interface. Please help.
