For you it will fixed in r6312, but I recommend delete this device from DB and re-add manually (or with autodiscovery) again.

Yes, this is broken after r6305 with refactor code. *(When code updated (svn up) but DB schema not updated (./discovery -u) all devices will down or for your example get snmp port as zero)**.*
Try r6311, should be fixed.
