I need the same. I talked to Adam about this recently. I might be able to provide the access you need, but it may not be right away. Let me think on it to figure out the best means to do so.
To provide some more context: Cisco has two means to poll different VRFs within NS-OX. The first is to map an SNMPv1 or v2c community to each context (VRF), but to do so requires one community per context. Most NMS platforms I’ve seen do not support multiple SNMP strings per device. I’ve asked them to allow mapping multiple contexts to a single string, but no response yet from the BU. The other is SNMPv3’s built-in context awareness, but that requires support from the NMS vendor. This applies to all L3 processes inside the context – interfaces, routing protocols, etc.
In our specific case, we use the management VRF to manage devices out of band. That VRF is also the source of syslog traffic. Because SNMPv3 is tied to the default community when no context is provided, I can’t poll the L3 interface (mgmt0) inside the management VRF. The end result is that syslog data sent to Observium can’t be matched up with the polled device since Observium can’t poll mgmt0.

Hi,
pls do not post links to l*nms here if you not want to see Adam (and other) opinion about this :)
If someone need see this as "supported" feature, than they should give me SNMP access to device with configured bgp/ospf inside vrf.

Hi
Does anyone know whether it is currently possible to discover bgp/ospf routing instances within a VRF on the NX-OS platform ?
We migrated from IOS to NX-OS, IOS was passing them through snmp just fine. But NX-OS requires snmpv3 contexts for vrf resources. A full walk in the ‘default-vrf’ does not contain any metrics for the vrf’s running on this VDC.
The problem is more or less described here as well: https://github.com/librenms/librenms/issues/280
Kind regards
Stef
