I'm not really sure what caused what you saw. It certainly looked like the poller wasn't running.

You can try wiping and reinstalling the server with a clean install making sure to follow the install guide closely.

None of these things can affect anything.

That command just runs the poller which should already be run by Cron. Restarting the server can't have any effect on observium, since it's a cron'd script.

Yes there is data in the port / performance data.

The graph looks like the traffic graph.

 

Polls seems to be working fine.

 

When I run ./poller.php -h <host IP> -d, it’s polling the device.

After the graph looks like this, it draw something for 5 minutes and stops after

It's difficult to know what is wrong. Is there data in the port perf tab? (The right hand cog menu)

Does it show recent polls every 5 mins? If it does, it may be permissions problems.

You can try :

./poller.php -h <hostname> -d

Run as the same user that runs the poller from Cron.
