[Observium] Observium IP SLA

Good Day,

I realise that in observium 0.16.9 CE when I go under ports I am not seeing IP SLA, as a result I had to rolll back to 0.16.1.7533.

I run a large network which depends heavily on ip sla.

Please advise,
