Hi all,
Who would I speak to about not having purchase confirmation come back from the paddle purchasing screen?
I fought for ages to get my boss to approve of the spend and the hospital actually got a credit card in line with the requirements for the site. Now we’ve paid for the subs,
got the big green tick under the hamster logo in the payment processing screen, but then after dropping back to the subs screen in the account area, it says we have no paid subscription. I also haven’t received an email yet, and it’s been a while.
I am concerned!
