some more digging, it’s observium that’s getting upset.

I’ve
had a look in the defintions.inc.php file and its referred to twice
near that location (checking for encryption bits and pieces).
I
first spotted the issue in
18.4.9172
and its still present in 18.4.9175

function the other day, and nothing has changed with it for quite a
while.
Probably the
weathermap script isn't including the correct files, though this stuff
hasn't changed for quite some time.
