[Observium] Merge rrds

Hi All,

Im just wondering how to merge two rrds together?

I have moved our hosting from locally to aws

I decided to start a fresh rather than coping the DB and RRDs over (personal reasons)

So the id numbers of hosts are different, including dns etc

I would like to preserve the rrd graphs if thats possible from the old install
