Thank you for the reply. I tried fping, its alive. But anyway I will increase the timeout value and see.

Do you know where is this configuration is ? is it under config.php ?

This is strange. The default timeout for fping is set to 500ms.

The relevant configuration options are :

$config['ping']['timeout'] = 500; // Timeout in milliseconds (50 - 2000)

$config['snmp']['timeout'] = 1; // timeout in seconds

See if you can make it work with larger timeouts! :)

I am not able to add 2 devices. These are the longest distance & latency devices in our network 124 ms. I wonder if latency have any play while adding the device. Other than these devices I can add almost all other device.
