Make sure SSH and SNMP are enabled on the servers. What OS are you using on these servers?

Hello all,
I have attached an image of the alerts in question, the names and locations have been removed. It only happens on these two servers out of 20+ different servers. What causes this behavior ? I cannot seem to find any differences between servers. I am using the community edition on centos 6.5 , if that helps at all.
