[Observium] Scheduled maintenance - use interface circuits

Is it possible to use port_descr_circuit directly for scheduled maintenance?

At the moment I have to create a port group consisting of of the two circuit interfaces using port_descr_circuit to schedule circuit maintenance. This feels a bit clunky due to the extra step and results in dozens of port groups containing two interfaces.
