Hi, is there a way to test the script I created from within Observium? I know I can just run the script from the command line, but I don’t get the environment variables etc. I would like to have a way that I can use an Observium utility
to launch the script and simulate a notification.

We used (at a former workplace) an external bash script to generate shorter SMS notifications with just the relevant variables. In our case, we had our own SMS gateway, so the script did an authenticated curl push into the web interface.
It also sent condensed recovery notifications.
There's no reason that you couldn't use an external script to generate the "normal" alert notifications and recoveries for standard email delivery.
