[Observium] Device shown as down after change of ip address - DNS works.

Hello,

i had to change the ip address of one server from 192.168.102.21 to 192.168.102.40. After that the server is shown as down. DNS works so far, dns resolution from observium gives me the new address.

Im sure it is a small problem, but i have no clue. Do i have to make a rediscover and if so how?
