[Observium] observium stopped graphing

Hello list, after a file system problem (/ mounted RO and subsequently fixed) Observium has stopped all the graphs. Apparently everything is working, I've already done a mysqlcheck and DB looks OK, but graphs are empty:

Can anyone help?
