I don't know if this was already discussed so far, but I wanted to propose a more efficient way of displaying popups instead of mouseover (ref: $config['web_mouseover']).
Popups should be displayed in a jquery modal style when someone clicks an object like an interface or device, etc. In that way the popup would be displayed properly on the center of the screen and not in the right-bottom of the mouse's position. Well, it would be a nice feature to have the posibility to switch between this two behaviours on mouseover or modal.
