[Observium] Adding new graph

Hello,

I'm following this to add a custom graph but it seems outaded http://docs.observium.org/developing/add_graph/

I try and use the *new* format of graphing poller (Examples are in NS-ROOT-MIB).

So I created a file in $basedir/includes/polling/graphs/ but graph still don't work.

Any new procedure available ?
