Hi all
Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction. We put through payment for the subscribed version of Observium on Tuesday evening, and very shortly afterwards I emailed Adam with the encrypted htpassword line that he required to add to the SVN. However we have not had any word back on if this has been done or not (and testing, it seems to deny us so I am guessing not). I emailed a chase today, but I was wondering if there was a wait time on getting access, as I don't want to keep bugging when I should be waiting.
