[Observium] Alert on package update

Hi all

Not sure if this is possible or maybe a feature request but here we go

Is it possible for observium to email on a package update?

A few machines auto update for Plesk and would be nice to be notified when they get updated

I can see in observium in the Eventlog of the devices

Package updated: plesk-php70-fpm (x86_64) from 7.0.23-centos6.17090111 to 7.0.24
