Renamed the /observium dir to observium_
Recreated the observium dir
Re-ran the svn checkout to the original directory
Copied the config.php, RRD dir, and the JPGRAPH dir back over.
Worked like a charm.

I finally got svn to work by proxying it through a server with actual internet access. I love how I have to make an end-run around the network guys so I can give them what they want. Hilarious.
Anyway I did the svn co http://..... Blah blah and it seemed to work properly.
Then I run discovery and get this. (poller does the same thing)
./discovery.php -h dc-m-sitelink
svn: '/opt/observium' is not a working copy
Observium v0.SVN.ERROR
Discovery
Do I need to wipe and reinstall? I'd prefer not to as I have ~50 hosts set up and everything is otherwise working well...
