Hi,

These sensors are all below the "low warning" threshold. These thresholds should be set automatically by the switch, but Cisco sometimes drop the ball on this (and then hit it with a brick just to be sure).

The first sensor's low warning threshold is 31C, whereas the current value is 19C, which is below that.

You can manually set the thresholds for these entries in the devices's settings on the "sensors" tab.

Subject: [Observium] cisco c3850 sensor warnings

Hi everyone,

I have a small problem with our Cisco WS-C3850-24T-E switches. The
temperature sensors are marked "down" in the overview and "warning" in the
detail view.
The actual values do not indicate a problem with the temperature. We use
Observium Professional r9195.

Does anyone have any idea why the sensors are marked this way and how I can
get them into "Up"-state?

cheers,
Helge
