[Observium] creating custom probe

Hi,

I wanted to create a custom probe to read two values from Cisco devices which aren't available via their SNMP agents. How do i get my probe included and What to i need to present the two values (current value, max value) in a graph and trigger an alert when the current value reaches 90% of the max value?
