Maybe the module is enabled, but you don't have the correct allowoverride settings so our rules don't take effect.

The documentation really is quite clear...

Hi Adam,

But upon checking, the module rewrite is actually enabled:
/opt/observium# a2enmod rewrite
Module rewrite already enabled

Thank you.

This is lack of mod_rewrite. It is documented in the install guide and in the FAQ.

Dear Tom,

I've got these result from the command:
apache2ctl -S
[Sun Mar 03 23:09:26 2013] [warn] NameVirtualHost *:0 has no VirtualHosts
[Sun Mar 03 23:09:26 2013] [warn] NameVirtualHost *:80 has no VirtualHosts
VirtualHost configuration:
Syntax OK

I've got someone who are able to deploy the website for me. However, I can only able to login and view the main page. Not able to reach any link in the page. It says the page is Not Found regardless of which ever page that I've clicked in.

Anyone has any idea on this?

Thank you.

Hi,

The commad apache2ctl -s (if i recall correctly) shows you all vhost definitions and which file they're defined in. That should help.

Sent from my mobile, please excuse brevity and spelling errors.

Hi Adam,

Thanks a lot. Guess need to dig in a lot more to confirm.

I'm not sure. /etc/apache2/htdocs is not a standard path for any Linux
distro I know of, so something has been changed.

You'll need to work out what that is :)
