I am having an issue with an Extreme Network switch.  I add the switch and everything looks fine, the issue occurs after the first poll and  all the ports get removed.  All other graphs are working fine (power, fans, etc) when I got to ports page there is nothing.  I have several other Extreme Network switches that all the ports show up just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
