We paid for this product.. how do we get any kind of support?

It's not easy to change the email address, because it needs to be changed by the payment processor separately. It's easier to just cancel the subscription and create a new account.
I've cancelled and refunded that subscription, please create another account with the correct email and subscribe from that.

We recently purchased a professional subscription. Our account is under admin@opensciencedatacloud.org. That email is not used anymore. We were looking to get the recent receipt of our purchase and also wanted to change that default email address to cdis-sys@lists.uchicago.edu. So we can receive invoices for our next purchases.
