That's pretty much old bug, mysql table have all ipsec tunnels
especially if other side having dynamic IP you end up with huge tables.
And make sure you are running latest IOS with CSCuj31165 fixed,
otherwise you may have crpcipSecGlobalActiveTunnels always increasing.
