The subscriptions are managed by an external company. Messing with the subscription periods their system maintains is... difficult.

If the subscription start/end dates are reasonably close together, you can just switch from one to the other. If they're further apart, I can cancel both of them and extend one of them to the full period. It'll silently die when the time is up though!

Though, I can only see one subscription from  your email, on the 17th.
