[Observium] Subscription Support

Looking for assistance on extending our subscription. I'm a current subscriber with an expiration of 2017-01-23 and I wanted to renew early to spend the money this year. I paid for another year, but instead of extending our current subscription a new SVN account was created with its own expiration. Is there a way to just extend our exiting one an additional 12 months instead?
