I don't think we'd accept anything for improvement of the billing code.
It's so limited in market and complex to maintain that it's probably one of the things which would get moved to a slightly-more-expensive sub fee in the future, should we need to do that.

This has been something that we've been looking at for quite a while.
I don't think there's very much code we could share, so it would be quite a large chunk of work (not made any easier by every vendor storing this information in a different place, and in a different format).
You are the first person who's asked for it though, until now it was just something we'd thought of :)
