The old one is also hundredths. The only kid which gives while units is one of the new ones.

True, I noticed that. Observium seams to do everything right for this OID, but it is not
getting this oid, it is getting the "old" one. And there I get real percents back.
Attached is a Screenshot of that MIB part.
The real question is in my opinion, how to get the new OID to work. The Processor discovery as it is now can in my opinion only detect the old one.
